IT Project Manager Rosebery – Sydney | Full-Time, Permanent The Role We’re partnering with a leading international luxury brand that is delivering a major technology uplift across the business, including a global POS rollout, AI-driven planning tools, and consolidated marketing platforms. They’re searching for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead high-value, cross-functional technology initiatives across retail stores, e-commerce, logistics, finance and marketing. You’ll be central to a major modernisation program with real visibility and business impact. An opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and loves delivering high-profile projects. Key Responsibilities Leading end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT and business transformation projects Running discovery workshops, requirements gathering and business analysis Overseeing enterprise system integrations (POS, ERP, CRM, e-comm, logistics) Managing project budgets, timelines, risks and dependencies Partnering with vendors and system integrators on key deliverables Embedding change management and supporting user adoption Driving continuous improvement across digital retail operations Major projects include Rollout of a new global POS system (currently in pilot) Platform integration across retail, marketing & planning AI tools for merchandising and planning teams Consolidation of fragmented marketing systems Omnichannel and store-to-online workflow optimisation Experience 5+ years in IT project management or business analysis Experience delivering enterprise retail or e-commerce projects Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills Background managing million-dollar budgets Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership Exposure to POS, ERP or e-commerce platform implementations Retail, luxury or consumer product experience highly regarded Benefits 1 Day WFH Access tailored development programs and mentorship from industry leaders Enjoy a generous employee discount Benefit from ongoing training and clear career progression within a global luxury brand Collaborate with a passionate, high-performing team in a creative and inspiring environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
