We are growing our site supervisor team. Are you currently working in the construction field but looking for a change? We invite anyone with a trade or construction back ground to apply. Site supervisor experience is helpful however not a necessity. About us Our mission is to construct quality homes in a timely manner and ensure dreams are accomplished. Skills and Qualifications Having a site Supervisors license (Certificate 4 in Building and Construction (Site Management)) is useful however not a requirement Trade background and/or training Strong work ethic with the want to go the extra mile Excellent communication skills with both internal staff and external contractors Attention to detail with the ability to problem solve Capability to run and maintain a tight schedule Valid driver's license Must have a car license and ideally already have a white card Key Responsibilities Supervision of Trades Oversee skilled tradespeople (e.g., electricians, plumbers, carpenters, bricklayers) to ensure they are working to required standards. Provide clear instructions on work methods, and monitor their performance. Ensure all trades comply with health and safety regulations, and adhere to building codes. Quality Control Ensure that the quality of work meets company standards and specifications. Conduct regular inspections of the site to identify any issues or non-compliance and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly. Verify that materials and workmanship align with the project requirements. Coordination and Scheduling Manage the workflow of all trades, ensuring that tasks are completed in the correct sequence. Adjust schedules as needed to keep the project on track and avoid delays. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure materials are delivered on time and to specification. Safety and Compliance Enforce strict adherence to all safety regulations and protocols on site. Conduct site safety audits and ensure that all workers have the appropriate protective equipment. Ensure that work is completed in line with local regulations and building codes. Serve as the main point of contact between the building team and clients during the construction phase. Provide clients with regular updates on progress, manage expectations, and address any concerns or changes in the design or timeline. Ensure that the finished product is handed over in top condition and ready for occupancy. Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any incidents or changes to the project scope. Prepare daily or weekly reports for senior management or the client. Ensure that any changes or variations to the original plans are documented and communicated to all relevant parties. Problem Solving and Decision Making Troubleshoot any issues that arise on‑site, whether they be related to workers, materials, or weather conditions.
