With a strong pipeline of iconic projects across commercial, residential, infrastructure, and industrial sectors, we’re now on the lookout for a BIM Designer with fire protection knowledge who’s ready to push the boundaries of digital design and bring precision, coordination, and innovation to our growing D&C team. Role As our BIM Designer, you’ll be at the heart of our fire design and documentation process, producing high-quality Revit models, coordinating services across disciplines, and supporting project delivery from early design through to construction. You’ll collaborate closely with senior designers, engineers, and site teams to ensure every design is accurate, compliant, and buildable. This role is perfect for someone with a sharp eye for detail, a passion for digital design, and real-world understanding of how fire systems come together on site. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain detailed Revit and AutoCAD models for wet and dry fire systems. Coordinate services within multidisciplinary BIM environments (architectural, structural, and MEP). Support the design team with documentation, markups, and drawing packages for D&C projects. Ensure compliance with NCC, Australian Standards (AS 2118, AS 2419, AS 1670, etc.), and project requirements. Contribute to model setup, templates, and digital design standards. Assist in clash detection, model reviews, and coordination meetings. Continuously improve BIM workflows and share best practices with the team. What You’ll Bring Min 3 years experience in fire protection design or building services, ideally within a D&C environment. Strong skills in Revit and AutoCAD, with solid understanding of BIM coordination principles. Knowledge of wet and dry fire systems and relevant Australian Standards. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced project environment. Diploma or degree in Building Services, Fire, or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
