Project Planner – Construction Projects (Primavera P6) – Perth CBD Are you a detail-driven Project Planner with experience in large-scale projects? Join an established project management and project planning consultancy delivering major construction, civil and infrastructure projects across WA. We're looking for a Project Planner with Primavera P6 experience to support planning, reporting and schedule coordination across a range of construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing Planning team in the Perth CBD and take your planning career to the next level. About Successful Projects Successful Projects is a leading WA-based project management and project planning consultancy, who provide project advisory services and training in the planning and management of projects. We specialise in Planning and Scheduling, and Extension of Time (EOT) Claims. We work across a wide range of project types and industries, providing our clients with high quality services, and our staff with varied and engaging experiences. About the Position Prepare robust schedules for the planning, analysis and delivery of the whole project. Prepare design stage programs from business case to construction. Prepare construction methodologies to a professional standard. Prepare construction programs according to tender requirements. Ensure full scope of works are included in the program. Document project risks and opportunities. Perform site visits and program updates. Prepare progress update reports and accurate look-ahead. Prepare reports including dashboards, S-Curve, resource histograms and cashflow. Establish client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders. About You – Essential Bachelor of Engineering (Civil & Structural, Mechanical, Construction Management or equivalent) Experience in a construction environment and an understanding of construction methods Demonstrated proficiency in construction processes for large projects 1+ years of experience as a Planner / Scheduler using Primavera P6 On-site engineering experience will be highly regarded. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong stakeholder relationships. Highly developed time-management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload. High level of autonomy with a proactive and goal-oriented mind-set. Valid driver's license.
