Join Ardor Projects' dynamic team as a Project Manager We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of our construction projects in the Bendigo, VIC region. As a full-time Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our construction initiatives, aligned with industry best practices and client expectations. What you'll be doing Manage the planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of construction projects from start to finish Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets and schedules Coordinate and liaise with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors and clients, to ensure seamless project delivery Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing appropriate strategies to keep projects on track Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders Ensure all projects adhere to relevant safety, quality and compliance standards Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes What we're looking for Proven track record as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction project management principles, methodologies and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders Proficient in project planning, budgeting, scheduling and risk management Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills Willingness to travel on occasions to work in Melbourne or interstate What we offer At Ardor Projects, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
