Job Information Location: South Australia Status: Full Time Report to: Regional Director, Australia & New Zealand Direct reports: None Role Level: Director Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Sales and Business Development Role Overview The Australian Strategic Account Manager will lead demand creation, strategic account management, and customer support for Vytelle technology across Southern Australia, focusing on the Vytelle ADVANCE (IVF) offering. The role includes sales execution, partnership development, market analysis and coordination with internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities Create demand and secure new accounts in South Australia. Manage strategic accounts, ensuring revenue and donor targets are met. Complete quotes, contracts and agreements with clients. Coordinate with the Customer Service team on Australian lab management and administration. Lead logistics, planning, calendar and customer communication for Vytelle ADVANCE with the lab team. Develop and maintain relationships with ecosystem partners: implant technicians, IVF access points, donor and recipient farms, and key industry organisations. Utilise Vytelle tools and HubSpot CRM to manage lead funnel and account information. Represent Vytelle at industry events and build brand presence in Australia. Analyse market size, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Report on critical scorecard metrics and partner performance for internal use. 90‑Day Deliverables Onboarding Obtain a comprehensive understanding of Vytelle ADVANCE IVF technology. Meet key stakeholders and finalize onboarding plan. Complete training on Vytelle.io, Power BI and HubSpot. Review business plans with existing strategic accounts: Vytelle Satellite Partners Large On Farms Access Points Demand Creation Review and prioritise existing leads and pipeline. Analyse satellite locations and identify target expansion areas. Customer Focus Establish and nurture critical relationships in the dairy segment. Target NSW Beef breeder stalls: Angus and Wagyu. Established relationships in the dairy sector. Willingness to travel 40‑50 %. First‑class communication and presentation skills. Knowledge and experience marketing technical products and services for the bovine sector in South Australia.
