The company is an Ethereum Layer 2 scaling solution, built to bring digital assets, NFTs, and blockchain gaming to life. Our mission is to empower digital asset ownership for people and businesses. As the Executive Producer for the company, you will be responsible for the strategic overview of the game title developed within the company's Studios. You will be driving the brand’s vision and product by combining your strengths as a strategic thinker and empathetic people manager. In this role, you will be working with the cross-functional team across Studio Management, the Operations team, and external partners.
Responsibilities
Managing and developing the production team handling this title as well as contributing to the production growth in the studio as a wholeGuide and motivate the company's core team in their handling of key areas such as scheduling, budget, quality, communication, and brand developmentCollaborate with Studio Management, Production as well as external partners, ensuring each project’s progress towards excellence and successful completionEnhance relationships with internal departments both on a studio and HQ level, including Executive Management, Sales, Marketing, and OperationsIdentify and promote efficient and innovative solutions to increase profitability, quality, and brand recognition
Requirements
10+ years of experience producing console and PC games from conception to releaseSuperb understanding of game productionExtensive experience as a Lead Producer for a major titleFully produced at least 2 large team gamesExcellent project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrategic thinker, who is highly organized and analytical in decision makingEmpathetic people managerAmbitious but down to earth attitude while striving for excellenceUnderstanding Brand Marketing is a plus
