This role involves selecting and integrating test system, developing test software, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure products meet specifications and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering, programming, and testing methodologies. General Competencies Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience with CAD tools for mechanical design (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD). Proven great experience in electronics design and prototyping. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent knowledge of electronic principles and components. Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills. Specific Technical Competencies Proficiency in designing and building mechanical fixtures and electrical test jigs. 3+ years of experience in test jig development, ATE design, or a related field. Hands‑on experience with PXI systems and modular instrumentation. Proficiency in NI LabVIEW, TestStand, System Link and other test automation software. Strong understanding of high‑speed digital and RF testing methodologies. Familiarity with schematic capture and PCB design software (Altium). Excellent Experience with microcontroller programming and window‑based PC software development using C, Python, Labview. Good knowledge and understanding of cloud technology. Good developing experience on database‑based applications using SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle and so on. Proven experience with CAD software such as Fusion 360, AutoCAD and so on. Understanding of electronic equipment manufacturing and testing processes.
