DutiesLead key projects relevant to the ESO including, but not limited to, the scoping and delivery of a photographic licence platform.Manage, direct and coordinate resources to meet objectives and see activities through to completion efficiently.Prioritise, allocate and coordinate project activities, and escalate risks and issues to the Program Manager, Director, Executive Director and/or relevant Project Board.Work collaboratively with the Program Manager and team members, ICTS and OIR business units to contribute to the successful delivery the project.Identify gaps, issues, weaknesses, and potential risks which may adversely impact the project scope, deliverables, timeframes, resourcing, or costs and identify relevant mitigation strategiesAdhere to the tolerances set against the critical path of the program and communicate and escalate deviations to schedule, scope, budget, benefits, risks and operational impactsEnsure that all projects and initiatives are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetMonitor project progress by tracking activity, updating schedules, resolving problems and bottlenecks, publishing progress reports, recommending actionsPrepare project status reports and routinely monitor and report on the progress of projects to all relevant stakeholders including report status at a program-level to the project executives and through the EPO/HIVEMeasure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniquesDelegate project tasks to the project team, initiative leads and business unitsMeet with teams on a monthly basis to co-ordinate cross-stream activitiesConsult and coach project and initiative teams with structured frameworksEstablish and maintain excellent working relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders and ensure that contractual milestones and obligations are met.Desirable QualificationsCertifications in Prince2, MSP or 7 years working experience in project/program management.Excellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsExperience with project management software tools including MS ProjectExperience in writing briefing notes, procurement processes and presentations preferredExperience introducing legislative and/or policy requirements into business and IT system processes.How to Apply

Demonstrated experience in project management (including Prince2) with a focus on change management principles, methodologies and tools.EC2 .
Demonstrated strong strategic and critical thinking skills with an ability to analyse and integrate information from diverse sourcesEC3 .
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to build strong internal and external relationships and the ability to manage expectations with competing stakeholders.EC4 .
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to prepare timely and accurate professional reports and project documents.EC5.
Demonstrated experience managing complex projects that involved introducing legislative and/or policy requirements into business and IT system processes.Click
