Monford is a leader in the construction industry, with an Australia-wide portfolio of projects in the Infrastructure, Resources and Energy sectors.Whether for construction only, Design and Construct, or EPC, Monford is a one-stop shop with a hard-won reputation for delivering projects on time, within budget, safely and sustainably, a proud reputation that is matched by our commitment to excellence in delivery and our customer-centric focus.About the RoleDue to our continued growth/success, we are looking for suitably qualified and experienced"Senior Project Manager" to join our team.Assume responsibility for the effective and profitable management of a project of high complexity or several separate projects as directed.Be accountable for the successful outcome of solar PV EPC(M) projects from financial close through commissioning, energization, and handover.Lead and guide the project team to complete the project in accordance with the Contract Documentation and Company standards and procedures.Value and manage variations, liaise with the client, contract administrator, and other relevant parties.Suggest innovative and cost-effective methods and improvements to productivity and profitability.Assemble and control project personnel, instigate operational, functional, and management control processes to achieve objectives in accordance with Company policies and practices.Assume responsibility for safety, industrial relations, environmental management, and operation to quality accreditation standards for the project(s).Assist with technical due diligence in conjunction with other departments' needs as requested.Facilitate effective feedback to internal and external resources to identify efficiencies and improvements in project quality, reliability, costs, schedule, or other parameters that enhance the Company’s strategic initiatives.About YouThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following;Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a similar relevant degree.At least 7+ years of successful project management track record in the Australian power, energy, or construction industry.Renewable energy experience, particularly in solar PV.Demonstrate strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.Demonstrate a high-level understanding of Safety Management and a positive approach to implementation.You will be a strong leader who can lead, consult, and support all team members in embracing and valuing the benefits of a proactive safety culture.How to ApplyAt Monford, ourRIPPAvalues are the cornerstone of our culture and achievements.Resiliencefuels continuous growth,Innovationpropels technological advancements,Positivityembraces a 'can-do' mindset,Performanceensures efficient delivery and profitability, and beingApproachablefosters respect, open communication, and a unified 'One Monford' culture.
