PROJECT MANAGER | STRUCTURAL STEEL | MADDINGTON WA | $150K + COMPANY CAR Looking for a role where your work actually gets noticed? With 40+ years in the industry and major projects under our belt (Perth Children’s Hospital, Cockburn Central Fire Station, MLC College, Ocean Reef Gym and more), we’re expanding our workforce by 50% this year. Hours: 8:30 am–5:00 pm OR 7:30 am–4:00 pm; Location: Maddington, WA What You’ll Be Doing Managing multiple structural steel projects end-to-end Reviewing drawings, specs, codes and compliance requirements Planning schedules, controlling budgets + managing resources Keeping documentation accurate and on track Working closely with estimating, production, site crews + vendors Ensuring all OHSE, environmental and QA standards are met Building strong, long‑term relationships with clients and internal teams What You’ll Bring Proven PM experience in structural steel or construction Strong knowledge of regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements Excellent planning, scheduling, and cost‑control ability High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Great communication with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset A commitment to quality and safe work practices Why You’ll Love Working With Us Competitive salary + company vehicle Brand‑new, modern facilities in Maddington Chance to work on high‑profile, diverse projects Supportive family‑owned business with long‑term stability Real career growth as we continue to expand Ready to take the next step in your career?
