Production Shift Supervisor Minchinbury – join our fast‑paced processing operations. About the Role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Shift Supervisor to support our fast‑paced processing operations at Minchinbury. In this hands‑on leadership role you will oversee production teams during assigned shifts, ensuring production targets are achieved while upholding strong standards in safety, quality, and efficiency. You’ll play a key role in coordinating workflow, troubleshooting issues, driving continuous improvement, and keeping production running smoothly with minimal downtime. What You’ll Do Supervise and lead production staff, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance management Coordinate workflow, oversee production activities, and ensure daily targets are achieved Troubleshoot production issues and ensure SOPs are followed to maximise efficiency Maintain a strong safety‑first culture through training, monitoring, and compliance checks Monitor product quality throughout the process and implement corrective actions when required Maintain accurate production records, performance data, and incident reporting Work closely with management and cross‑functional teams to maintain communication and support operational goals Contribute to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste About You You’re a confident leader with strong communication and operational knowledge, able to guide and motivate teams to perform at their best. You enjoy problem‑solving in real time and are committed to delivering high standards in production, safety, and quality.
