Production Shift Supervisor

Australian Beverage Holdings is seeking experienced Team Leaders to join our Production & Packaging department. We're a stable and growing business, investing in automation and focused on continuous improvement. If you're hands‑on, people‑focused, and ready to lead a shift, this could be your next step. About the Role Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of a high‑performing shift on the factory floor. Your team will include up to 15‑20 staff, including casuals, across various production lines. This position requires working afternoon shift only. Key Responsibilities Monitor and enforce Quality standards and compliance, GMP and site safety protocols Lead and manage day‑to‑day shift operations Develop a team culture that reflects the values of the Business Allocate tasks, monitor attendance, and manage team performance Conduct toolbox talks and ensure clear communication across the team Prepare materials and set up lines (bag‑in‑box, bottling, labelling, packaging) Trouble shoot down time and breakdown issue and provide maintenance support Maintain equipment readiness and cleanliness Act as a working leader, actively supporting the team on the floor About You To succeed in this role, you'll bring strong leadership skills and solid production experience in a HACCP and GMP‑regulated environment, ideally within beverage, food, or FMCG manufacturing. You’ll need: Proven experience leading a production or packaging team A minimum of 2‑3 years of production team leadership experience is preferred A strong commitment to safety and quality. Understanding of HACCP principles and lean manufacturing (5S) Mechanical knowledge and Maintenance skills (essential) Basic troubleshooting skills are essential for this position Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Ability to work full‑time in a fast‑paced, hands‑on role Forklift licence (preferred, not essential) Full Australian working rights First aid certificate would be an advantage.
