We are seeking friendly and professional Guest Service Agents to join our team on a part‑time basis at Oaks Sydney Goldsbrough Suites. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic hospitality environment and delivering exceptional experiences to our guests. Key responsibilities Greet guests and manage check‑in and check‑out procedures Respond to guest enquiries and provide information about the property and local area Handle reservations, payments and administrative tasks accurately Maintain a welcoming and professional front‑office environment Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations Qualifications Previous experience in front‑office or customer‑service (hospitality preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional and guest‑focused approach Ability to work a flexible part‑time roster, including weekends and public holidays Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Additional Information Career Growth : Learning and development programmes to boost your career.
