About the role Senior Accessibility Liaison Officer – part of the Accessibility & User‑Centred Design team at the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART). Location: Hybrid role – based in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney. Pay range: A$94,563.00 – A$106,394.00 per annum (APS6) and a superannuation contribution of 15.4 %. Key responsibilities Lead co‑design projects to improve Tribunal processes and digital services for applicants and parties. Collect, analyse and respond to user feedback. Coordinate user‑focused stakeholder engagement and community outreach. Collaborate on the design of the Tribunal’s website and internal systems. Support the team in designing and implementing improvements to ensure user‑focus and accessibility. Essential qualifications Strong communication skills – able to convey complex information clearly, make persuasive recommendations and adapt to diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders and work collaboratively to achieve outcomes. Proven capacity to deliver results, identify improvement opportunities, develop creative solutions, and manage risks appropriately. Passion for accessibility and inclusion, and a commitment to the user experience. Australian citizenship and ability to undertake an Australian Federal Police Check and a Health Assessment. Desirable qualifications Relevant tertiary qualifications or expertise in accessibility, service design, user experience or user‑centred design methodologies.
