This could be the opportunity for you The Administrative Review Tribunal is currently seeking applications for a Senior Accessibility Liaison Officer , to join the Accessibility & User-Centred Design team. This full-time ongoing hybrid role can be based in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney. Remuneration: The annual salary range for the position is APS6: $94,563 - $106,394 p.a., plus a generous employer superannuation contribution of 15.4%. About the opportunity Reporting to Assistant Director Accessibility and User-centred Design, the Senior Accessibility Liaison Officer contributes to a team responsible for designing and implementing improvements to the Tribunal’s processes to ensure they are user-focused and accessible. This role is to lead projects that apply co-design principles to improve how Tribunal applicants and parties participate in the review processes. This may include collecting, analysing, and responding to user feedback, coordinating user-focused stakeholder engagement, community outreach and collaborating on the design of digital services such as the Tribunal’s website and internal systems. About you To be successful in this role you will have: Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information clearly, make persuasive recommendations, and adapt to the needs of different audiences. Demonstrated capacity to establish and maintain productive relationships with a variety of stakeholders, work collaboratively to achieve outcomes, and negotiate successfully. Proven capacity to deliver results, identify opportunities for improvement, develop creative solutions, and manage risks appropriately. The successful applicant will have a passion for accessibility and inclusion and be committed to the user experience. The Tribunal requires Australian Citizenship as a condition of engagement. All employees are required to undertake an Australian Federal Police Check and a Health Assessment. Relevant tertiary qualifications or expertise in accessibility, service design or user experience including User-centred Design methodologies.
