Maintain clear, concise technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. Selection Criteria Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise or government environments (PSS). Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL. Deep understanding of Salesforce security model, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules. Experience with Salesforce configuration and automation tools. Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD practices. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Experience working within a Platform Engineering or enterprise technology team. Familiarity with government digital service standards and compliance frameworks. Exposure to DevSecOps practices and tooling in a Salesforce environment.
