( ) )Fortitude ValleyWe are seeking an experienced Application Officer to provide advice on, and support of, enterprise applications in accordance with defined service levels. This is a great opportunity where you can really make a differenceThe role:As a key member of the team, you will work autonomously to provide end to end support of enterprise applications to ensure defined service levels are met. You will continually update and maintain knowledge of specific applications and business technical requirements in the support of enterprise applications in accordance with Queensland Health policies, standards and practices.

It will be your responsibility to investigate, troubleshoot and test the impacts of changes to any of the components supporting enterprise applications to maintain defined service levels and assist in the development and review of Business and Operational Plans that link with Departmental and branch outcomes.Are you right for this role?The successful candidate will have demonstrated ability in developing and managing ITIL Service Management processes, primarily incident/problem/test/change and configuration management, as well as the following:Experience in managing the day to day system administration of enterprise applications.Well-developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively with people to make decisions.Demonstrated ability in meeting customer needs and expectations.Understanding or proven ability to quickly learn impacts of other technologies or environments such as databases, servers and networking.Specific Working Conditions
