Senior Medical Receptionist - Audiology Clinic $70,000 – $76,900 per year (inc. Salary Packaging) Can:Do Group Awarded Best Workplace 2025 Access to generous NFP salary packaging (Up to $15,900 + entertainment card) 16 weeks paid parental leave, 2 days special paid Christmas leave, 2 days Well-being leave Working at our Unley Clinic - 5 days per week About the Position: As a growing Allied Health and Audiology provider, we are looking for a Senior Medical Receptionist with a wealth of knowledge and experience, to deliver exceptional customer service to clients while providing high-level administrative and operational support to the Audiology Team and across the Group as needed. First point of contact for customers and clients entering our clinics Assist clients in managing their appointments Manage invoicing for services provided by Can:Do Group Support Audiology with Hearing Aid Care, services and repairs Support continuous improvement by modelling best practice Assist in on‑boarding of new Medical Reception staff Our ideal candidate has: Outstanding communication skills; face‑to‑face, on the telephone and in writing High level of attention to detail Possess experience using administrative systems, practices and procedures, including CRM (Client Record Management systems) Hold or be prepared to undertake an NDIS Worker screen clearance and DHS Working with Children clearance Knowledge and experience in managing, supporting and training staff About us: At Can:Do (Can:Do Hearing & Can:Do 4Kids) we are a responsible and inclusive organisation empowering generations of children and adults with hearing, vision and developmental needs.
