Learning Experience Designer

Learning Experience Designer Base pay range: A$110,000.00/yr - A$120,000.00/yr Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia (Sydney based) Responsibilities Own end-to-end creation of in-app solutions using WalkMe/DAP. Establish and enforce content standards, naming conventions, and QA processes. Troubleshoot DAP functionality and resolve content deployment issues. Serve as WalkMe and learning subject matter expert. Support design and implementation of customer education strategy. Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and value drivers. Design engaging and effective learning experiences. Define measurable objectives for customer education initiatives. Content Creation & Management Provide self-service resources and structured learning paths. Document release notes, summaries, and best practice guides. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnership Work with Product/Journey teams to understand features and provide usability feedback. Collaborate with Customer Success/Support to streamline onboarding and equip customers. Partner with Product Marketing to promote content and demonstrate value. Engage with Sales to provide educational resources that support the sales cycle. Track and analyze key metrics and gather feedback to refine programs. Qualifications Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and content structuring. Excellent written, verbal, presentation skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audience. Proficient in data analysis to measure program effectiveness and make data‑driven decisions. Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in customer education, instructional design, technical writing or similar roles focused on external stakeholders. Strong background in customer‑facing SaaS or technology company is highly desirable. Experience with WalkMe or similar digital adoption platform.
