Levantine Hill Estate is a luxury wine tourism destination in the Yarra Valley, combining world-class wine, fine dining, and exceptional hospitality. It forms part of the Jreissati Group. We are seeking an experienced IT Systems and Integrations Manager to ensure our technology stack runs seamlessly across our winery, restaurant, e-commerce, hotel property management systems, and other systems within the Jreissati Group. This position is based at the head office in Melbourne CBD, but you may be required to work from the Vineyard in the Yarra Valley from time to time. About the Role As the IT Systems and Integrations Manager, you provide operational support and optimise our systems and integrations to deliver operational efficiency and an exceptional guest experience. Your responsibilities will include: Administering and maintaining key platforms including Shopify, POS systems, HubSpot CRM, Oracle Property Management software, Lightyear payables cloud systems, and more. Implementing and managing integrations (APIs, middleware) between systems to ensure reliable data flow. You will own dataflows, rules, and error handling. Acting as the technical point of contact for vendors and internal teams, translating business needs into technical solutions. Driving continuous improvement and ensuring system performance and data integrity. Overseeing the integration architecture, ensuring processes are in place for data integrity, and inputting data into the systems where required. About You Proven experience in systems administration and IT integrations. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and hybrid architecture. Hands‑on experience with APIs and middleware. Familiarity with POS, PMS, and CRM systems. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Annual salary is $90,000 plus superannuation.
