Our Defence client is currently looking for a Project Scheduler to join their team on a Short term engagement. Australian Citizens with NV1 security clearance will be regarded for this role. This is your chance to make a difference for our Federal Government client in a short term contract potential extension options. This role is crucial for managing the schedule for a program that involves delivering capability in both Australian and international locations. Responsibilities Develop and manage schedules for the project by working with key stakeholders. Build, review, and maintain a detailed master schedule that outlines key project elements. Develop and maintain a migration schedule for events. Act as an expert member of the PMO, delivering output to effectively manage project schedules and resultant risks. Experience using project management software and tools, including MS Project and Service Now . Ability to produce schedule reporting in a consumable format, including reports containing S curves, for presentation at executive boards and workshop discussions.
