Specialised Carer - Home Care & Cottages - Dubbo Permanent part‑time opportunity covering our home care services and respite cottage across the Dubbo region. You will assist older people in living independently by providing personal care, household support, transportation, and medication assistance. Travel is required to clients’ homes using your own car, for which you will be paid $0.99 per km and paid travel time. Responsibilities Providing personal care – helping with showering and dressing. Helping around the home – meal preparation and light house cleaning. Providing transportation to appointments and assisting with shopping. Assisting with medication. About you You can relate to people, are patient and solutions‑focused. You have previous experience in aged or community care or are looking to start your career in aged care. You have a valid driver’s licence and access to an insured, reliable car (minimum third‑party property insurance). Ideally, you’ll have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support; if you’re not currently qualified we can help you. You’ll be flexible around the changing needs of home‑care clients. Benefits $31.95 to $35.44 per hour plus 99c/km, paid travel time and a mobile phone. Full training is given to all our Care Workers – no experience required.
