Overview We are a forward‑thinking health and wellness company focused on delivering best‑in‑class programs to Aussie men and women. This role is a unique opportunity to own the brand, make big strategic calls, flex promotions and activity, and manage our online store. The first six months will focus on The Healthy Mummy (THM) brand, with potential to expand into other ecommerce and over‑the‑counter products for our parent brands Mosh and Moshy as the business grows. Key Responsibilities Develop and own the THM ecommerce strategy and revenue targets. Lead all aspects of the online store – sales strategies, optimisations, product representation and performance reporting. Curate and implement a promotional calendar for our health‑conscious community. Flex across channels including CRM, website and advertising. Collaborate with community, MedOps, SEO and Project Management teams to align sentiment, supply, content and community nurture. Devise and implement segmentation and personalisation strategies across channels. Analyse, forecast and report on weekly and EOM results with actionable insights. Qualifications & Experience 6+ years in a similar ecommerce role, ideally within health and wellness. Proven experience developing growth strategies and driving revenue. Hands‑on experience with ecommerce platforms, marketing automations, and optimisation tools (Klaviyo preferred). Strong analytical, data interpretation and reporting skills. Comfort with troubleshooting HTML (with developer support). Experience in a fast‑paced environment. Benefits Hybrid work model from Surry Hills.
