The Role Increment Information Security Architects plan, design, and implement technology solutions to protect, govern and secure information assets. Their core focus is to ensure successful implementation of controls that deliver the highest level of data protection and compliance outcomes for our clients. Our Information Security Architects collaborate with our customers to tackle their most pressing security challenges and transform the way they protect and govern data. Whether designing robust compliance frameworks, strengthening data loss prevention strategies and controls, or enabling advanced compliance and risk management solutions, their expertise drives tangible, lasting impact. Key Responsibilities Employ exceptional consulting skills to surface business needs and guide customers in understanding how security technologies can meet their functional and non‑functional requirements Undertake design and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Purview, balancing delivery across multiple client engagements Provide expert guidance and thought leadership on best practices for data protection deployments Maintain industry knowledge by keeping up to date with the latest security trends and contribute insights to the Increment team Qualifications and Experience Desired Qualifications: Microsoft SC‑400 Administering Information Protection and Compliance certification Industry related certifications such as SABSA, ITIL, or CISSP AGSVA Security Clearance Highly Regarded Skills and Experience: Proven design and implementation experience with Microsoft Purview solutions, including custom data detection, labelling and DLP deployments Experience delivering projects in a consulting environment, aligning to scope and managing stakeholder expectations Comprehensive understanding of security frameworks, standards, and best practices such as ISO 27001, ASD ISM, Essential 8 Strong technical leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to guide technical and non‑technical audiences Deep communication and interpersonal skills Adept at managing priorities to navigate competing demands and meet deadlines with efficiency and focus Broad experience working with large corporate, enterprise, or government organisations Why Choose Us?
