YOUR NEW ROLE Reporting to the Retail Business Leader (aka the store manager), you will lead daily operations to support business growth objectives, identify operational efficiencies, manage staff rostering and costs, and equip your team with the right training, tools, and resources. You will inspire a high‑performing culture that prioritises safety and delivers a fantastic place to work and shop. ABOUT YOU 2+ years of retail experience with proven team leadership and coaching abilities. Strong financial analysis skills to meet targets and drive operational excellence. A commitment to continuous learning for yourself and your team. Willingness to complete relevant qualifications such as Cert III Retail. Experience in stockroom/warehouse operations is desirable. Comfortable giving feedback and navigating challenging situations. Dedication to safety, caring for the health and wellbeing of team and customers.
