We are looking for an experienced Shift Supervisor or Assistant Manager from a busy business who excels in leading and developing people to build the business. Your past work might have been in fast food, a deli, a cafe or restaurant - so long as you are passionate about guest service and ensure that your team go above and beyond to create a welcome environment for everyone that walks through the door. Responsibilities Coaching a team to work effectively and efficiently. Leading shifts from the front, being out on the floor with our guests and assisting your team with production as required. Managing costs to meet daily and weekly targets in the areas of inventory, labour and expenses. Ensuring our standards are maintained in all areas of product, service and image standards. Our Assistant Managers are all employed on a permanent full-time basis, you will manage five shifts a week, and you will be supported with training and coaching to develop your skills and knowledge. #J-18808-Ljbffr
