About Brooklands Tavern We’re on the hunt for our next Assistant Manager to keep the Brooklands Tavern buzzing and loved by the locals. Sitting on Warton Road, Brooklands Tavern is in the hub of Southern River just south of Perth's CBD. When it comes to a local, we tick every box. We're dedicated to bringing our guests delicious food in our Family Bistro, a spacious dining area where guests can share a meal with loved ones, while the little ones enjoy our dedicated kids menu. Our menu takes inspiration from local suppliers with delicious pizzas, succulent steaks, fresh seafood and all the classic pub fare. Head to our Sports Bar and our guests will feel right at home with our friendly team behind the bar always up for a chat. Whether catching the game on one of our eleven huge screens or just settling in for a drink, we have everything our guests need. A day in the life of an Assistant Manager: Get to know the locals so well they think you’re part of the crew Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches Bring the energy, the service, and the smiles every single shift Salary $76,600 + superannuation + bonus About You You’ve been around the bar and bistro block, and maybe already done some supervising You’ve learned from great managers and now you’re ready to step up You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away You’ve got a current RSA and Approved Manager card, as per WA state requirements If you’re keen to learn, lead, and laugh while making this pub the best spot in town – we’d love to hear from you.
