Requirements for this role: Flexible hours available More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Broker Assistant / Loan Processor with at least 1 year of relevant experience to support our brokers and loan officers. The ideal candidate will be experienced with Infynity CRM, able to manage loan file workflows, communicate with clients and lenders (mostly via email), and ensure smooth application processing from pre‑approval to settlement. Key Responsibilities Loan processing and client support Assist clients in completing mortgage and loan applications Collect, verify and organise financial and legal documents Prepare loan submission packs for lenders and underwriters Communication & coordination Liaise with clients, loan officers, lenders, real estate agents and other stakeholders Provide regular status updates to clients and brokers System & administrative tasks Maintain accurate client and loan records in Infynity CRM Track application progress, deadlines and tasks within the CRM workflow Schedule appointments, manage calendars and respond to client enquiries Compliance & quality control Ensure files meet lender and internal compliance requirements Conduct pre‑lodgement checks and resolve documentation gaps Requirements Essential Minimum 1 year experience in mortgage broking, loan processing, or similar role Proficiency with Infynity CRM (daily use preferred) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Desirable Experience with loan origination or processing software beyond Infynity Familiarity with credit reports, income assessment and lender product criteria Previous brokerage or financial services background Why Join Us Opportunity for professional development and career progression Collaborative team culture and supportive leadership Exposure to diverse lender panels and mortgage products Competitive remuneration and benefits (specify if applicable) How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter detailing your CRM experience and why you’re a great fit to: ****@lodestarfinance.com.au Applications close: 10/12/2025. #J-18808-Ljbffr
