The Loan Support Officer is responsible for ensuring employees and customers receive the highest possible level of quality service and assistance. This also applies consistently to all functions performed by the Lending Operations department as well as maintain strong working relationship with third party suppliers. What you will be doing Process loan variations, mortgage discharges, closures and consent matters efficiently and accurately Action loan exception reports promptly and ensure tasks meet SLA timeframes Liaise with third parties for settlement matters (e.g., LegalStream, PEXA, InfoTrack) and attend settlements on behalf of Bank Australia Manage distribution and collection of paper title documents and maintain compliance with policies and procedures Support continuous improvement by reviewing and recommending changes to processes and systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
