You’ll be the person who keeps spirits high, skills sharp, and performance strong, all while helping raise vital funds for causes that truly matter. What You’ll Do Mentor, coach and inspire a vibrant team of callers Deliver feedback and training that boosts confidence and performance Drive high‑quality conversations with supporters Keep the floor upbeat, positive and focused Support new starters and help shape their success from day one Champion a fun, inclusive and purpose‑driven culture What We’re Looking For Previous coaching, training or team leadership experience in the fundraising industry Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate others A confident, energetic presence on the floor Good understanding of KPIs and performance management Ability to stay calm, organised and positive in a fast‑paced environment Passion for charity work and making a meaningful impact If you’re ready to combine leadership, fun and purpose all in one role — we’d love to hear from you Application Questions Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
