What you’ll do As a Customer Service Officer in our team you’ll: Support participants with information, appointments, and access to tools to help them job search. Create a friendly, welcoming and warm experience for participants and visitors. Handle admin essentials – data entry, filing, scheduling, and keeping systems up to date. Work closely with your team to share ideas, improve processes, and celebrate wins together. What you’ll bring Strong people skills – you’re approachable, positive, and calm even on busy days. Great multitasking skills and an ability to juggle admin, calls, and face‑to‑face support with ease. A team player attitude as someone who genuinely enjoys supporting colleagues and participants. (You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
