Customer Service & Administration Representative Gold Coast – Coombabah (Hybrid role with work from home days considered for the right candidate)$31–$35 per hour (depending on experience) About Voomie Voomie is one of Australia’s fastest-growing wellness brands, dedicated to supporting people with busy brains through clean, science-backed, natural supplements. About the Role We’re searching for someone warm, organised and customer‑obsessed to become one of the frontline voices of Voomie. You’ll respond to customer enquiries, support our online community, manage reviews, assist with order updates and work closely with operations to keep everything running smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing Customer Support Respond to customer enquiries via email, social media DMs and website forms Keep responses clear, empathetic and aligned to Voomie’s tone of voice Assist customers with order updates, returns and delivery enquiries Community Engagement Respond to Facebook and Instagram DMs and comments Support the community in a warm, brand‑aligned way Reviews & Reputation Respond to TrustPilot and Okendo reviews Flag recurring feedback or issues to the team Admin & Ops Coordination Communicate customer order notes to the warehouse Assist with basic admin tasks, data entry and updating customer information Support operational projects and general business coordination What We’re Looking For Experience in customer service, admin or community management (preferably in e‑commerce) Strong written communication skills Empathy, patience and problem‑solving ability Excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple conversations/platforms at once Comfortable using tools like Shopify, Gorgias, email platforms and review tools (or willing to learn) Highly organised and reliable A team player who thrives in a supportive, fast‑moving environment What You’ll Love About Working at Voomie A supportive, down‑to‑earth team that genuinely cares A fast‑growing brand with real impact A fun, positive workplace where your ideas matter Hybrid working – flexibility with 2 days from home Opportunities to grow as the brand expands A role with variety - no two days are the same Hours & Pay Full‑time, permanent role Hybrid Role possible for the right candidate (A split of office and work from home days) Gold Coast (Coombabah) $31–$35 per hour + super (depending on experience) How to Apply We’d love to hear from you Please submit your resume and a short cover letter telling us why you’d be a great fit for this role and for Voomie. #J-18808-Ljbffr
