Position: Parts and Service Advisor – Full Time Location: Easons Car Centre – Ballarat’s European Car Specialist An excellent opportunity to join a respected and professional team with the added benefit of early Friday finishes at 1:00 PM. Easons Car Centre is Ballarat’s trusted European car specialist, known for our high‑quality service, technical expertise, and exceptional customer care. We’re currently seeking a Full‑Time Parts and Service Advisor to play a key role in our workshop’s day‑to‑day operations. About the Role This is a dual‑purpose role, primarily focused on spare parts coordination with added responsibilities in customer service and workshop administration. You’ll be the go‑to person for all things parts‑related and will support our Service Advisors when needed. Key Responsibilities Source, order, and manage inventory of spare parts and accessories. Prepare and send quotes for additional repairs or servicing identified during inspections. Respond promptly to customer quote requests and follow up as required. Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely availability of required parts. Assist as Service Advisor during staff leave. Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone. Schedule service appointments and manage workshop bookings. Prepare and manage job cards. Coordinate communication between technicians and customers to ensure seamless service delivery. About You To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: Experience in an automotive or spare parts environment (essential). Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. Confidence using workshop software and general computer systems. A proactive approach and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting. A team‑focused attitude with a genuine interest in cars, especially European models.
