Our DNA is built on care, accountability, and progress, and we’re looking for a driven sales leader who thrives on results, relationships, and winning new business. ________________________________________ The Opportunity We’re seeking a State Sales Manager – Queensland who’s hungry for growth, energised by the chase, and known for building powerful partnerships across the automotive industry. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where you’ll define and execute the state sales strategy, you’ll lead and support Business Development Managers, and spearhead new business acquisition across Queensland. You’ll focus on securing new referrer and repairer accounts, growing key commercial relationships, and driving sustained revenue performance across the region. You’ll collaborate closely with Branch Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer teams to ensure strong service delivery, commercial alignment, and a consistent customer‑first approach. ________________________________________ What You’ll Be Responsible For Defining and executing the Queensland sales strategy in alignment with national growth objectives Building and nurturing strong relationships with repairers, tow operators, panel beaters, and referrers Developing high‑value partnerships across both large corporate clients and independent repairers Driving regional revenue, referral volume, and gross margin performance Leading, coaching, and developing Business Development Managers to achieve high performance Securing new commercial partnerships with key referrers, repairers, and industry groups Expanding market share through targeted new business and strategic account growth\ Partnering with internal teams to deliver high‑quality, seamless customer and partner experience Representing Queensland in national sales forums and contributing to major commercial initiatives ________________________________________ About You You’re a hunter at heart, motivated by opportunity, driven by outcomes, and known for your ability to open doors and close deals. You’re well‑connected in the body shop and panel repair industry, with strong existing relationships and a trusted reputation across the sector. You bring a balance of leadership, strategy, and front‑line energy, equally comfortable negotiating with corporate stakeholders and chatting with repairers on the workshop floor. You’ll succeed in this role if you: Have 5+ years’ experience in sales leadership, business development, or commercial partnerships Thrive on bringing in new business and expanding market share Are already well‑known in the industry with strong networks among repairers, insurers, and referrers Communicate with confidence and credibility across all levels of the industry Bring deep knowledge of the automotive repair, insurance, or accident replacement sectors Are proactive, data‑driven, and passionate about leading teams and growing revenue ________________________________________ What’s in It for You At Right2Drive, we believe great leadership deserves recognition and opportunity.
