Senior Adviser Knowledge Exchange and Partnerships Australia and New Zealand School of Government (ANZSOG) Are you ready to connect ideas, people and purpose to shape public governance that people trust? ANZSOG is seeking a strategic and collaborative Senior Adviser to support and enrich our knowledge exchange ecosystem. This role sits at the heart of our Academic and Global Engagement team, driving initiatives that translate research into impact and build enduring partnerships across government, academia and civil society. You’ll lead the coordination of ANZSOG’s Academic Fellows program, manage relationships with leading thinkers, and support the delivery of masterclasses, events and thought leadership activities. You’ll also help design and implement new knowledge exchange initiatives that amplify ANZSOG’s reach and relevance. We’re looking for a relationship-builder with deep understanding of the public governance landscape, strong project management skills, and a passion for connecting knowledge to practice. You’ll work across teams and jurisdictions, embedding First Nations and Māori perspectives, and modelling inclusive, values-led leadership.
