NSW TeamKids - OSHC / Childcare - Coordinator (Director of Service) This is a permanent, full‑time opportunity. The role offers the flexibility to work from home for administrative hours between service times. You will be supported by a Mentor and a Regional Manager to help you excel. The Service Location: Gledswood Hills Working Hours: 6:30 am – 8:45 am + 1:50 pm – 6:30 pm + admin hours. The Role – Lead and Inspire As Director of Service (often called Coordinator), you will: Lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program. Plan and deliver engaging activities for primary‑aged children. Supervise children and build strong relationships with schools and the community. Manage service compliance, medical documentation and staff rostering. Develop partnerships with the school and local community. Mentor staff and promote a positive, energetic culture. We’re looking for someone who is: A natural leader passionate about teaching children. Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is still a big kid at heart. Confident communicator with children, parents, staff and school principals. Has strong problem‑solving skills and a can‑do attitude. Energetic, enthusiastic and loves to have fun.
