Brands using Needle grow 177% in a year while slashing marketing costs by 62%. Why it's exciting You’ll start by building our outbound engine… prospecting, qualifying, booking demos. Once you’ve proven the model, you graduate to a full‑cycle AE in 6‑9 months. You’ll work directly with the founders to shape our GTM playbook, learn what converts at 45%+, and become the template for how we scale the sales team. Long‑term: If you build this right, you’re positioned to become Head of Sales as we scale to $5M+ ARR. Who are we looking for? Hunter with strategic instinct – sold to DTC brands before, understands marketing tech, and cares about helping founders escape the chaos. 3‑5 years in sales development or outbound sales , ideally selling to DTC/e‑commerce brands or marketing agencies. Understanding of the marketing stack – Shopify, Meta Ads, email marketing, creative workflows. You’ve worked with or sold to brands juggling agencies, freelancers, and multiple tools. Strategic qualification mindset – you ask the right questions about ad spend, creative bottlenecks, team capacity, and growth goals to book high‑fit demos, not just volume. Process‑driven and automation‑minded – you constantly refine outreach sequences, templates, and workflows to increase efficiency and conversion. Startup DNA – you thrive in fast‑paced, high‑autonomy environments and build the plane while flying it. Strong communicator – you can build genuine connections with prospects, not just pitch‑slapping. Location flexibility – ideally candidates in LA/West Coast, Australia, or Singapore (remote‑first), and anywhere in between. If you’re in a location with a team member, we co‑work one day a week.
