Join our team at the iconic Bondi Pavilion We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Casual Duty Manager to support and lead our Front of House (FOH) team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a vibrant, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise and motivate the FOH team to ensure smooth daily operations Assist with staff recruitment, training, and roster management Uphold a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all Pavilion guests Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient venue environment while ensuring compliance with Pavilion policies and relevant regulations Monitor inventory, supplies, and FOH equipment to ensure everything remains well-maintained and operational Respond to customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism and prompt resolution Job Requirements Demonstrated experience in a FOH supervisory or duty manager role Strong leadership, communication and people-management skills Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving, conflict-resolution and decision-making abilities Why Join Us?
