We’re currently seeking a passionate and reliable Full-Time Duty Manager to help lead our front office operations and uphold our high standards of service. As a Duty Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring a seamless guest experience. You’ll be the point of contact for guests and staff, handling everything from check‑ins and check‑outs to resolving guest concerns and supporting our wider team across departments. About the Role Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts Lead and support front office staff to ensure exceptional guest service Respond to guest feedback, complaints and emergencies in a calm, professional manner Manage daily reporting and handovers to senior management Ensure safety, security and compliance procedures are followed Assist other departments when required to ensure smooth operations About You Previous experience in a front office or duty manager role (hotel or hospitality environment) Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills Calm under pressure, with a guest‑first approach to service A natural multitasker with excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and confidently make decisions Availability to work across a 7‑day roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays Opera or similar PMS experience highly regarded Valid NSW RSA certificate Why Visy Dior?
