Full-time, continuing role Based at the Townsville Bebegu Yumba campus Academic Level B: $109,791 - $129,547 per annum plus up to 17% superannuation (2.75% increase on 31 December) Relocation assistance may be negotiated for the preferred candidate. What you can accomplish in the role Forge strong relationships with academic stakeholders to co-create inclusive, student-centered learning experiences across various courses and attendance modes. Champion inclusive learning by employing the latest pedagogical and technical knowledge to design highly interactive and academically rigorous learning materials. Play a pivotal role in advancing our curriculum model, offering expertise in technology enhanced learning. Lead professional development initiatives and create educational resources to seamlessly integrate technology into our teaching. Elevate the student experience through data-driven approaches that continually enhance our digital learning methods. Contribute to the scholarship of learning and teaching, shaping the future of education at our world-leading University. What you will bring to the role A PhD qualification, or progress toward PhD attainment, and/or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field. Extensive experience with learning management systems and e-learning tools in higher education. Proven success in designing curriculum for diverse learners with a focus on inclusive learning. Advanced project management skills and a track record of curriculum reform and professional development facilitation. Evidence of publications or peer-recognised contributions in higher education, especially in assessment and inclusive learning design. Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills to foster strong working relationships. A demonstrated ability to drive strategic business improvements and enhance stakeholder outcomes. Why JCU?
