About the Role We are searching for a driven and dedicated Cash Control Officer, relief Cash Control Supervisor to join our close‑knit team on a part‑time basis. Responsibilities Clearance reconciliation Preparing club banking Issuing and balancing floats (including keno, bars and change bars) Assisting with the preparation of ATMs Balancing at the end of the shift Providing advice and recommendations on process flows and reporting Balancing all club monies Monitoring and reviewing cash handling within the organisation, including POS variances Recording all transactions Maintaining petty cash records in accordance with club policy Minimising the club’s cash exposure during all operational hours Coordinating the implementation of cash control procedures as required Performing any other duty reasonably requested at any other time Qualifications Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Micros POS, Clubline accounting software) Hands‑on accounting skills Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Outstanding time‑management skills Attention to detail Strong numerical skills with a high level of accuracy Self‑directed while working effectively in a team environment Demonstrated problem‑solving ability Willingness to travel when required Current NSW Liquor & Gaming RSA and RCG competency card Benefits Discounted gym membership Uniforms provided Ongoing training and development opportunities Fun and supportive team culture Reward and recognition programs and more Successful applicants must be prepared to complete a NSW Police Check.
