As our Salesforce Platform Developer, you’ll design and deliver high-quality platform solutions that streamline processes, enhance data integrity, and make a real difference every day. You’ll collaborate with a small, agile internal team and a recognised Salesforce partner—bringing your technical expertise to a purpose-driven organisation. What You’ll Do Configure Salesforce using declarative tools (Flows, Lightning pages, validation rules, etc.). Build OmniStudio components like FlexCards, OmniScripts, and DataRaptors. Develop Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components. Support integrations and optimise functionality in Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud. Collaborate with architects, analysts, and partners to deliver solutions that matter. What We’re Looking For 3+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Developer in medium or large organisations. Strong hands‑on Salesforce configuration skills. Practical experience with OmniStudio / Vlocity components. Apex development expertise and familiarity with Lightning Web Components. Experience with Salesforce Industry Clouds (Health, Nonprofit, or Public Sector). Agile mindset and excellent communication skills.
