Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio. 06th November, 2025 We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands‑on expertise in OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity) to join our growing Salesforce team. You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and admins to deliver seamless, high‑performance CRM functionality tailored to business needs. Responsibilities: Design and develop Salesforce solutions leveraging OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors). Customize and configure Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds as needed. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, REST, and SOAP services. Participate in all phases of the SDLC – from requirement gathering and design to deployment and support. Ensure best practices in Apex, LWC, and declarative development. Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshoot system issues. Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and processes. Qualifications: 3–6 years of Salesforce development experience. Salesforce Platform Developer I / II Certification. 1–3 years of hands‑on OmniStudio (Vlocity) experience. Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL. Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
