Charter Manager

As Charter Manager at AERgO International, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's growing charter operations. Based in our Brisbane office, this full-time position will see you overseeing the successful execution of private charter flights, ensuring an exceptional experience for our high-profile clientele. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for aviation, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of the charter booking process, from initial enquiry to travelling and overseeing the flight then completing post-flight reporting. What you'll be doing Managing the end-to-end charter booking process, from initial client enquiry to post-flight reporting Liaising with clients to understand their exact requirements and coordinating the necessary aircraft, crew, and support services Ensuring the timely and seamless execution of all charter flights, mitigating any potential issues or delays Maintaining strong relationships with a network of aircraft operators and service providers to secure the best available options for clients Monitoring and analysing charter activity, identifying opportunities for process improvements and service enhancements Providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships with clients, aircraft operators, ground handlers and other aviation service providers Collaborating with the broader Aviation Services Providers to support the overall success of the business What we're looking for Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a charter operations or aviation customer service role Extensive knowledge of the private charter and aviation industry, including aircraft types, crew requirements, and regulatory compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing circumstances Proficient in the use of aviation management systems, CRM software and Microsoft Office.
