Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.Caterpillar is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to oversee multiple mine sites and drive customer engagement, maximize productivity and safety, while utilizing MineStar Technology products.This position will optimize the as delivered performance of their Caterpillar Technology Products through effective collaboration with internal Product Support specialists, Dealers, and Customers.You will lead a team of Site Technology Managers and partner with Product Support teams to ensure robust technology solutions for our customers.Accountable for all technology deployments and operations on their customer's sites. You will be the customer's primary point of contact and escalation to ensure the effectiveness of Caterpillar Technology Products.**Key responsibilities of the Customer Operations Manager include:*** Accountable for providing leadership and direction to support multiple sites on a specific customer account, driving a values-based approach to the business.* Accountable as the senior point of contact for Customers and Dealers about site operational, commercial, and general business issues.* Accountable for partnering with the customer’s management to ensure customer satisfaction and promote ongoing business opportunities.* Accountable for collaboration with Account Managers, client personnel, Product Support staff, Regional Operations/General Managers, and Facility Managers to allocate resources and resolve issues associated with the assigned accounts.* Accountable for alignment of operational strategies and deliverables with contractual commitments, as designated customer, and account performance expectations.* Accountable for development and adherence to operating budgets and resourcing strategies.* Accountable for delivering the performance of Technology Solutions with their assigned customers, working collaboratively with Site Technology Managers to ensure the success of their operations.**Selection Criteria:*** Knowledge of Engineering principles, Mining applications, and related fields.* Mine Site Experience including experience in technology, mine operations or significant Dealer and Customer support related roles.* Significant experience in progressively responsible leadership role.* Understanding of Caterpillar Technology Product’s applications, validation, product problem management, and mining operations.* Knowledge and understanding of Caterpillar Dealer operations.* Excellent interpersonal skills are required to deal with sensitive issues, development of subordinates, and collaboration with others.**Compensation & Benefits:** Competitive salary based on degree and professional industry working experience.
