About the Role We are seeking an experienced Land Acquisition Manager to lead and manage land acquisition activities for large-scale renewable energy projects. This role involves strategic planning, negotiation, and coordination to secure land rights and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end land acquisition processes, including due diligence, title reviews, and environmental assessments. Negotiate agreements for land use rights, easements, and access roads with property owners and stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, regulatory bodies, and local authorities. Manage budgets, schedules, and external land acquisition teams to meet project milestones. Ensure completeness and accuracy of all land rights documentation for financing and development. Collaborate with internal teams on permitting, compliance, and project planning. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in land acquisition for infrastructure or renewable energy projects. Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills. Knowledge of property law, permitting processes, and regulatory compliance. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
