Land Acquisition Manager Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Base pay range A$160,000.00/yr - A$180,000.00/yr There’s something special about a role that gets you out of the city and onto country roads. You’ll see parts of Australia most people will never see and you’ll build relationships that genuinely matter. For the right person, working with landowners across farms, stations, and regional communities is not just a job, it’s the most interesting part of the renewable energy development lifecycle. I’m partnering with a global renewable energy developer that is expanding its footprint across wind, solar and BESS in Australia. They are building a strong pipeline and need someone who knows how to engage with landowners, negotiate agreements, and create the foundation that every successful project is built on. This role suits someone who enjoys getting out on the road, meeting people face to face and turning early conversations into long-term partnerships. Whilst your main focus will be on land acquisition, you’ll also gain exposure to other parts of the development process. What you will be doing Engaging with landowners across regional Australia Securing access, leases and agreements for wind, solar and BESS projects Supporting early site identification, feasibility checks and due diligence Working closely with development and technical teams to assess commercial viability Providing accurate and timely insights to guide project decisions What they are looking for Experience in land acquisition, property negotiations or rural stakeholder engagement Ability to negotiate agreements and build trust with landowners Strong communication and the confidence to handle conversations on site Understanding of how large‑scale renewable projects come together A practical mindset with the ability to work independently Willingness to travel when required Current driver's licence Why consider it Strong financial backing and a leadership team with a clear growth plan Real project pipeline with active development underway A chance to shape how new sites are identified and secured Competitive salary package for the right experience If you want to talk through the details or sense check your fit, give me a call on . #J-18808-Ljbffr
