Ensuring risk and compliance: leading risk management across the large and complex operations and deliver portfolio, ensuring adherence to legislative and regulatory requirements. Managing energy and utilities: leading efficient management of energy, water, and gas, ensuring reliability and cost-effectiveness. Promoting sustainability: developing programs for waste reduction, resource recovery, and circular economy practices to meet strategic targets. Qualifications Extensive leadership experience in risk, compliance, energy and sustainability. Graduate or postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline. Significant experience managing large-scale energy and utilities budgets. Visionary thinking and strategic execution capabilities. Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.
