What you’ll do As a Talent Acquisition Advisor you’ll play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across Thiess technical services and corporate functions including Engineering, HR, Finance, Legal, Commercial and Technology. You’ll partner with leaders to deliver tailored recruitment strategies that align with our business goals and EVP. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate roles from briefing to offer ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience. Stakeholder Partnership: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand workforce needs and deliver strategic hiring solutions. Sourcing Strategy: Use innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage high‑calibre professionals across diverse corporate disciplines. Employer Branding: Champion Thiess EVP and Make Your Mark messaging across all candidate touchpoints ensuring consistency and impact. Diversity & Inclusion: Embed inclusive hiring practices and proactively source talent from underrepresented groups. Process Excellence: Leverage recruitment systems and data to drive continuous improvement and decision‑making. Market Insights: Provide market intelligence and benchmarking to support workforce planning and talent strategy. What you’ll need to succeed To succeed in this role you’ll bring a strong foundation in engineering or corporate recruitment ideally gained within large or complex organisations. You’ll be confident managing multiple priorities and building trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business. Your approach will be data‑informed and candidate‑centric with a commitment to inclusive hiring practices and continuous improvement.
